Shepherds Huts

If you really want something different, how about a Shepherd’s Hut?

Not sure what that is, let me introduce you. Shepherd’s huts have been known to date back as early as Elizabeth 1, however they were more widely used during lambing and sheep raising in the 18th and 19th century. Easily moved between fields on a cast iron chassis, they provided shelter from the elements. A haven for the shepherd and his trusty collie to warm themselves by the stove after a long day.

Fast forward a couple of hundred years and these cosy retreats can be your haven. With more amenities than the original, our shepherd hut’s come complete with kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping room and a stove all of which are optional, or you could just indulge yourself and have them all! These huts can be used for extra living space, office/business space, rental holiday accommodation or just your very own little piece of heaven, that will be the envy of all your friends. They can be made to your specifications, to suit your needs, whatever they may be. Of course, we are always on hand to offer ideas and design solutions that will make the most of the space available.
